4 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
1- 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons adobo sauce
1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo sauce
½ teaspoon cumin
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend. Place mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
